  • Měli jsme pronajatý Apartmán č2. je umístněn ve 3. patře bez výtahu. Vybavení neodpovídá pojmů apartmán chybí tam prostor na posezení a není možnost si uvařit čaj . Dle mých zkušeností se nejedná o apartmán ale o 4 lůžkový pokoj. Během pobytu od středy do neděle se úklid omezil jen na vysypání odpadového koše. Ručníky nebyly vyměněny i když byly na zemi. Snídaně formou bufetu doplňována jen z části. Celková úroveň v porovnání cena a kvalita služeb neodpovídá mým zkušenostem z jiných ubytovacích zařízení.

  • - v dosahu (pěšky) na autobus (např. na Špindlerovu boudu), poštu, lékárnu, do okolních obchůdků a stravoven - v Hotelu Grand - pokoje příjemně, čistě a účelně vybaveny, na snídani byl dostatek jídla a neustále ho doplňovali

  • Hotel Grand - host by ocenil milejší personál, v případě polopenze, kdy výběr je ze 3 jídel, tak aby skutečně donesli to objednané jídlo (nikoliv nahrazovat vepřové maso kuřecím, aniž by hosta o této skutečnosti dopředu informovali...)

  • Zaměstnanci byli ochotni se o to postarat a odpovídali okamžitě, ale neměli zásoby pro toto.Snídaně byla chudá ve srovnání s ostatními.Důvěřují zaměstnancům za jejich velkou ochotu ke službě.
